Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user (hereinafter referred to as "User", "you", or "your"), and 4t4t (hereinafter referred to as "4t4t", "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://4t4t.cam (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "the Site").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in any promotion, or otherwise using any service offered by 4t4t, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately. 4t4t reserves the right to update, revise, or replace any portion of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall carry the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on the 4t4t platform, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as the Account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum and is non-negotiable. Users who misrepresent their age will have their accounts permanently suspended and any winnings forfeited.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and non-human legal persons are not permitted to register Accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or currently located in, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme, whether administered by 4t4t or any affiliated responsible gambling body.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You may hold only one (1) Account on the 4t4t platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by any single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in all related Accounts being suspended.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of 4t4t or its affiliated entities.

4t4t reserves the right to request verification of eligibility at any point and to suspend or terminate any Account where eligibility criteria are not demonstrably met. Age verification is mandatory prior to the processing of any withdrawal request.

Registering an Account on 4t4t requires the submission of accurate personal information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You warrant that all information provided during registration is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification. Prior to processing any withdrawal request, 4t4t is required to verify your identity and address in accordance with its compliance obligations. You will be required to submit the following documentation:

• Proof of Identity: A valid, government-issued photo identification document — Malaysian MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport (front and back).
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence issued within the preceding three (3) months, showing your full name and residential address.
• Selfie with ID: A live photograph of you holding your identity document, clearly showing both your face and the document details.
• Source of Funds: Where required by our compliance team, documentary evidence confirming the legitimate source of funds deposited to your Account.

KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission during business hours. 4t4t reserves the right to place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests pending the completion of KYC review. Accounts where verification cannot be satisfactorily completed may be suspended at the Company's reasonable discretion.

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations and to use the Platform solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 4t4t platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, generate account activity, or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting across multiple accounts, or any activity designed to exploit promotional terms in bad faith.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Attempting to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the Platform's security, software, or gaming outcomes.
• Creating or using multiple Accounts, whether under the same or different identities, to claim bonuses or promotions more than once.
• Sharing, selling, or otherwise transferring your Account or Account Balance to any third party.
• Using a Virtual Private Network (VPN), proxy service, or other technical means to disguise your true location or circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Engaging in abusive, harassing, or threatening communication with 4t4t staff or other platform users.

4t4t employs advanced fraud detection and monitoring systems. Any Account found to be in breach of the above restrictions may be suspended, permanently banned, and any winnings or Balance forfeited at the Company's sole discretion. Where applicable, the Company reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

4t4t accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment channels: DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC). Minimum deposit is RM30; maximum single deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Processing Times. E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and DuitNow transfers are typically credited to your Account instantly. FPX bank transfers may take between 5 and 15 minutes depending on your bank's processing systems. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to network confirmation times and are typically processed within 10 to 60 minutes.

Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests submitted by KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes to 1 hour during normal operating hours. 4t4t reserves the right to request additional verification documentation for any withdrawal. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Withdrawal requests that cannot be matched to a verified identity may be declined or delayed pending further review.

4t4t offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, VIP loyalty rewards, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and other promotional offers (collectively, "Promotions"). All Promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions applicable to each offer, which are published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any inconsistency between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of that Promotion only.

The following general rules apply to all Promotions offered on the 4t4t platform:

• Each Welcome Bonus may only be claimed once per eligible User. Duplicate Account attempts to claim a bonus more than once will result in forfeiture of all associated funds and Account suspension.
• Bonus Funds are subject to the Wagering Requirements specified in each offer's terms before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings may be requested.
• Wagering Requirements must be met exclusively through Real Money Wagers. Certain game categories (e.g., low-risk or mathematically hedged bets) may be excluded from contributing towards Wagering Requirements — refer to individual promotion terms.
• 4t4t reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any Promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that modifications do not retroactively affect existing valid wagering progress.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including systematic exploitation of promotional terms, will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
• Bonus Funds expire as specified in individual promotion terms. Unexpired Bonus Funds with no wagering activity for 30 consecutive days may be removed from the Account Balance.

All bets and wagers placed on the 4t4t platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game, sport, or market. Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, UFC, NBA, and esports — are governed by our Sports Betting Rules, which are available in the platform's Help section.

Bet Acceptance. 4t4t reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at any time before it is settled, including where:

• There is a reasonable suspicion that the bet was placed with knowledge of information not publicly available (e.g., insider information).
• The bet appears to form part of a coordinated strategy designed to exploit pricing errors or technical errors in odds.
• The relevant event has already commenced at the time the bet is placed (where applicable to the market type).
• The User's Account has insufficient verified funds to cover the full stake at the time of bet placement.

Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure affecting a game or bet outcome, 4t4t reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the original stakes. The Company's decision in such cases is final. 4t4t shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical failures that are outside its reasonable control.

Casino Games. All casino games offered on the Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently tested and audited for fairness. Verified RTP (Return to Player) percentages are displayed for each game title.

4t4t is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable, or if it begins to interfere with your financial situation, personal relationships, or daily life, it is important to seek help.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users of the 4t4t platform:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from their Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure alerts and session duration limits to manage the amount of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Permanent exclusion requests are irreversible.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts reminding Users of the duration of their current session and cumulative wagers placed.

All content on the 4t4t Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall compilation of the Platform (collectively, "Content"), is the exclusive property of 4t4t or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any Content without the express written consent of 4t4t.
• Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on any Content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, crawling, or similar data gathering tools on any portion of the Platform.
• Frame, mirror, or embed any portion of the Platform on any third-party website or application.

Any unauthorised use of the Platform or its Content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence. The 4t4t name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Company. All other trademarks referenced on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 4t4t, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Losses arising from reliance on any information, odds, or content available on the Platform.
• Losses arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any service offered thereon.
• Losses attributable to third-party payment processing failures, network outages, or events outside 4t4t's reasonable control.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. 4t4t does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

Where statutory consumer protection laws in the applicable jurisdiction do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for certain damages, the limitations above may not apply to you to the extent such laws are applicable.

4t4t reserves the right, without prior notice or liability, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User Account at its sole discretion in circumstances including, without limitation, the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other unlawful activity.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following request.
• Registration of multiple Accounts or systematic abuse of Promotions.
• Chargebacks initiated against legitimate deposits without valid grounds.
• Use of the Platform in breach of any applicable law or regulation.

Upon termination of your Account for cause, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable Wagering Requirements shall be forfeited. Verified real-money Account Balances shall be returned to the User via the original payment method used for deposit, subject to the completion of any pending compliance reviews, except where the Balance itself is subject to investigation.

Users may also close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closures for responsible gambling reasons (self-exclusion) are processed with priority and without delay.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. The parties shall attempt to resolve any dispute arising from these Terms through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute being provided by either party, the parties agree to refer the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with standard arbitration procedures. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.

4t4t reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered Users via the email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform, no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect (except where changes are required urgently for legal, regulatory, or security reasons, in which case they may take effect immediately).

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date on which the most recent changes were made. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you object to any changes made to these Terms, your sole recourse is to cease using the Platform and close your Account. You may request Account closure at any time by contacting our support team.
